Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users in relation to the use of e-commerce services provided by the online shopping mall operated by JapanHaru (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

Article 2 (Definition)

1. 'Shopping mall' refers to a virtual business establishment set up by a company to enable transactions of goods, etc. by using information and communication equipment such as computers to provide goods or services to users.

2. “User” refers to members and non-members who access the shopping mall and receive services provided by the shopping mall in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Article 3 (Specification and Revision of Terms and Conditions)

1. The company posts the contents of these terms and conditions, its name, business location, representative's name, business registration number, contact information, etc. on the initial service screen of the shopping mall so that users can view them.

2. The Company may revise these Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws, such as the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Consumer Protection in E-commerce, etc.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

1. The company performs the following tasks:
- Provision of information on goods or services and conclusion of purchase contracts
- Delivery of goods or services for which a purchase contract has been concluded
- Other tasks determined by the company

Article 5 (Membership Registration)

1. Users apply for membership by filling out membership information according to the registration form provided by the company and indicating their agreement to these terms and conditions.

2. The company will register as a member any user who has applied for membership as per paragraph 1, unless he or she falls under any of the following items.

Article 6 (Purchase Application)

Shopping mall users apply for purchases on the shopping mall using the following or similar methods, and the company must provide the following information in an easily understandable manner when users apply for purchases.

Article 7 (Establishment of Contract)

1. The Company may not accept a purchase request as per Article 6 if any of the following applies.

2. The contract is deemed to have been concluded when the company's approval reaches the user in the form of a confirmation of receipt as per Article 8, Paragraph 1.

Article 8 (Payment Method)

Payment for goods or services purchased at the shopping mall can be made using any of the available methods listed below:
- account transfer
- Credit card payment
- Online bank transfer
- Payment by other electronic payment methods, etc.

Article 9 (Delivery)

1. The company specifies the delivery method, the party responsible for delivery costs for each method, and the delivery period for each method for the goods purchased by the user.

2. The company is responsible for safely storing and delivering the goods purchased by the user until delivery is complete.

Article 10 (Withdrawal of subscription, etc.)

1. Users who have entered into a contract with the company for the purchase of goods, etc. may withdraw their subscription within 7 days from the date of receipt of the confirmation notice.

2. In the following cases, the user may not withdraw the subscription, etc. pursuant to Paragraph 1 against the company's will.

Article 11 (Personal Information Protection)

1. When collecting user information, the company collects the minimum amount of information necessary to fulfill the purchase contract.

2. When the company collects and uses a user's personal information, it notifies the user of the purpose and obtains consent.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

1. The company establishes and operates a damage compensation processing organization to reflect legitimate opinions and complaints raised by users and compensate for any damages.

2. The company gives priority to handling complaints and opinions submitted by users.
