Material Features <Exceloft>

3-Layer Sandwich Construction

By adding another layer of fabric to insulated garments with single quilt or box constructions, this design prevents cold air from entering and prevents warm air from escaping. Additionally, the sewing thread does not penetrate from the outer fabric to the lining, making cold spots less likely to occur. (Some models also have an extra layer of fabric on the skin side.)
